Could you explain me why the direction of the moment is not symmetrically oriented as in the green part ?

It looks like you are creating an origin for the selected objects. You can insert an origin at any location in your design where you can anchor the Move tool. You can also insert an origin at a solid's center of mass or volume.
The direction of the moment is not symmetrically oriented as in the green part, because it has created the coordinate system at the center of the selected object. You can use Move tool to anchor your coordinate system as shown in the attached video.
