SubscriberI cannot start Ansys Discovery 2020 R2 on one of my computers. It starts loading, see screenshot below, but after maybe 20 seconds the image disappears, and nothing else happens. I tried starting Discovery on another computer, which does work, so it must be something specific to the computer I am using. Other Ansys products open without a problem (I tried Workbench) so the licence is set up right. I tried to open Discovery Live on the computer in question and, although it opened, it gave the warning that my graphics card does not have enough memory (it has 2 GB, not the required 4 GB for Live). I checked the system requirements for Discovery and only 1 GB of dedicated GPU memory is required. I cannot use the computer the which Discovery will open on due to network security issues. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
