SubscriberLogging into a remote machine to run Discovery. Machine has an nVidia Quadro RTX 6000. When I start Discovery, the menus are there but the middle of the screen says: Graphics is not available. See the Discovery Installation Guide for details. Graphic drivers have been updated.

Which version of Discovery are you trying to use?
If you are using 2022 R1, can you please from the below link check if your Remote machine is compatible for Discovery?remote-display-and-virtual-desktop-support-2022-r1.pdf (ansys.com)

SubscriberYes 2022R1 using RDP to a Windows Server 2019 with an nVidia Quadro RTX 6000 graphics card.

Can you please share the screenshot of the error seen?
Also, can you run dxdiag.exe from Windows start menu, and once the panel opens up click "Save all information", save it and send the files to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com?
Also, please zip and share the latest folder containing the log files to the above email. You can find them at the below default location.
