SubscriberHello, I requested the trial license to test Ansys Discovery, I received the confirmation email with the download link, and installed Discovery 2020 R2.5, but when I start the software and login to my Ansys account a message says that there are no subscriptions that enable the use of Discovery, and the software starts in “read only” mode. The ansys account webpage also shows “no subscriptions assigned to your account”. I've tried the suggested ping command for network connection check, and it showed 0% loss, so connection should be ok. How can I fix the missing trial in order to start testing Ansys Discovery? Thank you
