      Hello,

I've just been assigned to a trial/evaluation version of ANSYS Ultimate CPU Core Extension.

I can see it in my license pool, I managed to assign it to myself, but when I try to utilize it, I get the error message - see enclosed screen.

      Regards,

      Csaba

It seems that the start date on your CPU Core Extension trial is not until 3 June 2019, so perhaps that explains why it's not working today.  It is good until 2 July 2019.

Can you check in your account and confirm this?

      Hi,

I only have the ‘LICENSE FORM FOR DISCOVERY PRODUCTS’ (signed yesterdsy), but it doesn’t include information about the start date of it.

      regards,

      Csaba

      Hello,

Can you give me some feedback when the service will be available?

It is 3th of June now, I checked and it still doesn't work and I get the same error message.

      Regards,

      Csaba

Thank you for waiting to test it today.  I have contacted our order fulfillment team to make sure nothing went wrong with this license when it was created.

      Dear Brian,

Can you please update me on this matter?

I've just tried the core extension license, but it still fails and send the same old error message.

      Thank you in advance,

      Csaba

Everything appears to be in order with the license itself.  I will email you directly so you can submit some further information.
