As it is written on the title, when I start Discovery Live 19.0, SpaceClaim stop running message and don't show me log in menu anymore. I used Discovery 19.0 two days without any problem and suddenly it doesn't work. What is the problem?

Jimmy Can you please copy paste the text from the error message in your reply?  I am unable to translate it in English since the text is embedded in the image.

Naresh Patre The text cannot be copied from the error message in my reply. The meaning is SpaceClaim is stopped(big letter). There is a problem and program is stopped. Windows will be inform the solution after close this program(small letter).I don't know why I run Discovery Live 19.0 but Spaceclaim error message has been appeared!

Jimmy We haven't come across this issue earlier so not sure what is causing this problem. Can you try deleting all files from temp folder and see if it helps?

Secondly, are you able to launch Discovery SpaceClaim successfully or is it also giving same error?

Jimmy I had this issue once and clearing the temp folder like Naresh mentioned fixed it for me.  These are the steps i took

        1. Open windows explorer
        2. Type into the address bar %appdata% and this puts you into your user’s appdataroaming folder
        3. At the top, you need to click on appdata folder, then go into the LOCAL folder, then the SpaceClaim folder.
        4. There were 3 folders, 2 of which has a user.config, so I deleted both, and DL booted

Ethan Rabinowitz I found those folders as you said. I erased it but I showed the same error message. The only difference is that it shows expiring date message again.

Jimmy  Can you try renaming %APPDATA%SpaceClaim to SpaceClaim.old and let me know if it helps?
