I'm sorry but I don't understand your query clearly. I don't see the purpose of exporting the legend values.
If you would like to export the values of vonMises stresses or deformation at different locations of the geometry, you could create a calculator using 'Value along path' feature and export the chart generated.
Please check the image below. Here, I have created a line along the length of the bracket and generated a chart to show stresses along the line.
Using this chart I have exported the values to a .csv file.
Does this solve your purpose? Or is there any other application you would like to explore?
