SubscriberHi ,
I have a computer with graphic errors.
I updated the NVDIA GTX1070 video card to the latest version and downloaded the cuda10.2.
Even after the updates the problem persists (I have also uninstalled and re-installed spaceclaim always with administrator rights). What can it be?
Regards

That's very strange. It looks like the bottom bar that shows information is being stretched. Typically it shows X, Y values when on a sketch plane.
When did this problem begin?
Please run "dxdiag.exe" from the Windows Start menu. Save the information and send it to me.

SubscriberEthan Rabinowitz Hi , I tried the August drivers and kept on not going, now I will try those in September.
However from what I understand it would seem a problem related to the graphics card and driversRegards

Ansys EmployeeRoberto Hi, this GPU is on the list of friendly drivers https://discoveryforum.ansys.com/t/x150rr/list-of-known-discovery-live-friendly-gpus-or-graphics-cards
Other users have reported it working after installing in another location https://discoveryforum.ansys.com/t/m2gqzh/cuda-version
Also geforce cards are compatible but more prone to errors so its possible there is a defect with that card.
Have you already formatted the PC?

Ansys EmployeeRoberto Please also ask the customer to make sure all windows updates are applied, including .net and drivers for all other hardware. Computer systems have become so complex that often 1 unrelated thing impacts another, so its important to make sure the entire environment is up to date and running smoothly.
Thank you!
Ethan
