  How do you make the menu shown in the photo appear in the version of discovery live?
  
  To know the values by color (deformation)

  I'm not sure what you're asking. That legend should appear automatically, and values should show up when you have a simulation that displays deformation.

  Perhaps the legend is not displayed in 2019R2 ?
  The same problem was occurred in my environment.
