Discovery Live does not start

  Hi, I did a new installation, but the program does not start! And it does not give any errors!
  
  I simply click on the icon, but nothing happens! I checked that I have a compatible GPU. running on a DELL Precision 7510 Workstation with Nvidia Quadro 2000M.

    mgammal Please ensure you have the latest driver for your graphics card, available from NVIDIA Driver Downloads

  mgammal Can you right click on desktop icon of Discovery Live, select Run with graphics processor - High performance NVIDIA processor, and see if it helps?

  Naresh Patre I did that. no luck. I sent the diagnostics files to the support email. not sure what else can I do from my side.

  Hello mgammal One user reported same issue and it was resolved by disabling firewall and antivirus. Can you try this out?

  mgammal the quadro 2000m only has 2GB of GRAM which does not meet the minimum 4GB of GRAM and is likely the reason it won’t start. Have you run the compatibility tool?
