SubscriberI cannot create a new solution for a fluid body. (The body itself is the domain of the fluid, so I have selected Internal Flow, and un-checked the "Create fluid volume" box, which has worked for me in the past).
Additionally, I cannot open a previously worked on model. It was working fine, before Discovery Live crashed, and now when I open the file, I see it for half of a second, and the screen then goes to "Live has encountered a problem. Try saving the model and re-opening Live to restore graphics. If problem persists, contact Live support for assistance".
I have attached screenshots of what I see.
Note, not all of my files experience this. Some of my files open fine. The ones that do not work, are the ones made during the time Discovery Live was crashing.

Ansys EmployeeHello ediaz4
Do you know the reason behind Discovery Live crashing and whether it been fixed?
Since you mentioned that not all files are experiencing problems, I would suggest trying following options one-by-one:
1. Clear all data from %temp% folder
2. Go to ~AppDataRoamingAnsys folder and rename folder v195 to v195_old
3. Go to ~AppDataRoamingSpaceClaim and rename folder DiscoveryLive19.5 to DiscoveryLive19.5_old
4. Try reinstalling Discovery products in administrative mode
Please let me know how it goes.

SubscriberThe reason I have Discovery Live is because I installed Workbench as a package. Do I have to reinstall Workbench again? Is there a way to only reinstall Discovery Live?

When to run "Uninstall.exe" from the Windows start menu, you should get an option for selecting the products which you would like to uninstall. You can only select Discovery products to uninstall.
