Discovery Import

Discovery Live License not working

      Hi Support,

      Hope you are doing well.


      Our Customer (removed customer name and email address) is not able to use discovery live as in his account it is showing that they don't have any subscription.


      Would you please look into his account and check if he has been allotted a license or not?

      If possible please provide me with a solution.

      Hello Syed Saif Ali I checked the account of this user and couldn't find any subscription assigned to him. I also noticed that the user is also admin of the account, so he can login into Discovery account page and from the Administration tab, he can assign the subscription to himself and then start using it. Please check out the below video on subscription management. Though the video shows an older UI of account page, the process still remains the same.
