March 29, 2018 at 11:10 ampaolo.sanibondiSubscriberfollowing previous posts I tried to solve the issue with licensing but still getting the same error: "Unable to connect to ANSYS subscription registration service". Ping to ansys-fno.flexnetoperations.com is not working. LAN connection settings have been checked according to the PDF "Discovery Live Activation Troubleshooting.pdf" Can you confirm the IP address & port of server the application needs to reach on to activate? If I make a host file entry, what server address I need to mention (NATed IP address) ? Thanks
