Discovery LIVE trial licensing problems

      following previous posts I tried to solve the issue with licensing but still getting the same error: "Unable to connect to ANSYS subscription registration service". Ping to is not working. LAN connection settings have been checked according to the PDF "Discovery Live Activation Troubleshooting.pdf" Can you confirm the IP address & port of server the application needs to reach on to activate? If I make a host file entry, what server address I need to mention (NATed IP address) ? Thanks

      Make sure you have disabled all antivirus and firewall programs, including Windows Defender if using Windows 10.
