SubscriberHi Support,
Have you ever seen SpaceClaim graphics act like the images attached?
The rendering on screen seems to be fine but the options and the bottom blue bar seem to go a bit strange when hovering over them.
Things we have tried are deleting temp files, changing the renderer (OPEN GL and directx) also we have updated graphics driver direct from nvidia website.
Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 is the graphics card.
Any ideas what could be causing this.
Customer reports only happening in SpaceClaim and no other applications.

I have seen this once relatively recently. Is there anything different about the customer's display settings? Are they scaling text up in the OS or anything similar?

SubscriberHi Brian, have checked the customers display settings and everything is normal. The customer is using a ASUS ROG G703 LAPTOP with i9-8950 processor, NVidia GEForce RTX 2080 graphics and NVidia Ultrafast 144MHz G-synch display and Win 10 pro,
Problem still persists if I shut SC down, and then via the NVidia Control panel set SpaceClaim to use the intel integrated graphics processor.
Anything else you can suggest?

I'll have to consult with the development team about this.
Please have the customer run dxdiag.exe from the Windows Start menu, save the output, and send you the file.

I've made the development team aware of this. Seems like it may be a defect, but I'll keep you posted.
