Discovery SpaceClaim Stop after launch

  Hello,
  One of our customer has the same problem than this topics :
  Graphics Issues with Discovery SpaceClaim
  SpaceClaim 19.2 stop when launched.
  The PC is on win 7 pro with a graphic card Nvida K2100M 2Go.
  
  We checked all of the parameters.
  Switched off the firewalls and the antivirus (AVG).
  After installation and first try to launch Discovery SpaceClaim licence is activated for this device when we go to the customer account. So it's seems that's it's not a problem of subscription.
  We done installation few time with no result.
  What we can do now ?

  If SpaceClaim was previously installed on the same machine, you should try removing the old user settings.
  
  The options are located in:
  
  C:UsersAppDataLocalSpaceClaim
  
  Delete the contents of that folder.
