Discovery SpaceClaim – Trial has expired

  Hi we have a customer who is getting the following message when importing a STEP file into Discovery SpaceClaim. The file comes in fine but they are seeing a Trial expired message.
  
  Any ideas why this might show. They are on an active subscription of Discovery SpaceClaim.

  Is this only happening when they use File > Open > STEP? Or are they launching it using double click or drag and drop?
