discovery starting problem

      Hello, One of our Discovery customers has had a problem launching the application for 3 days! When launching discovery, the startup window is launched but the application window never appears! whereas in the task manager, we can see discovery running! have you ever encountered this problem? What should I do? (for information, Spaceclaim runs correctly ) regards

      Hello charlie We have not seen this issue before and it seems very strange. Is there an application log file created? Can you please share the latest log files at the below location? \AppData\Local\Temp\Discovery
