Discovery Subscription License

  If you have any inquiries regarding the Discovery license, please leave a message.
  Currently, I'm using a floating license.
  However, this time, I need information about the subscription method, so I am inquiring.
  
  1. Can I use the subscription method without internet?
  2. How many PCs can I use the product on one subscription-based account?
  (The searched data says that it can only be used on two PCs. Is it a method of registering a fixed MAC address like the floating method?)
