Displacement in cylindrical coordinate system.

I was analysing the cardiovascular stent using ANSYS workbench. Where I inserted a new polar coordinate system at the centre of geometry and defined the contact between stent and balloon to be frictionless. The initial inner diameter of the stent was 1mm and I gave a displacement of 1mm in the radial axis of the Polar coordinate system on the outer surface of the balloon. Finally, the inner diameter of the stent should be 3 mm(1+2*1) as per calculations, the directional deformation also seems to agree with it but the graphical scale shows the inner diameter in results to be somewhere less than 2 mm. I tried changing the displacement from 1 to 2 mm, but even then the results are the same. I am attaching the picture of radial deformation in X-Axis. Please help me understand why the graphical representation with scale shows diameter to be less than 2 mm when it should 3 mm.
