SubscriberHi, I've just installed the newest version of Ansys for a student at my workstation. It can open the my previous file of Ansys v.14, unfortunately, when I try to "Solve" using the same solution control as before (that worked on Ansys v.14), there is an error message written as "The distributed ANSYS solution currently does not support the variational technology method for this analysis".
Do you know what had happened and how to fix it?
Thank you so much.

SubscriberI ran static analysis using large displacement static analysis. All program solver is the default solver from Ansys 14. So I don't really know what happen to the model.

SubscriberI use student version of Mechanical APDL. I've already uncheck the Distributed checkbox in the product launcher, and that is the solution. Thank you.
