Doping in Charge solver and plot data

  Hi,
  I'm trying to doping a simple pn junction to allow me get familiar with CHARGE solver in a right way. However, I noticed that the doping profile only displayed by a image and I want to extract the doping distribution along z-axis. Could you please help me out of this?

  For a 3D simulation, you should be able to visualize the doping distribution along the z-axis by simply rotating the figure as shown below:

  Thanks for quick response. Is there any simple way that I'm allowed to view the doping profile in 1-dimension (constration V.S. z/y)?

  I believe you would not be able to view the doping in this format directly since the visualizer shows the profile at all relevant points in space. But it should be simple to generate a line graph like this from the data by using your own script.
