Downloading Ansys student 17.2

  after downloadin ansys 17.2, once opening any file I recived the following message
  
  Could not connect to any license server.
  The server is down or is not responsive.
  ANSYSLI_SERVERS: 2325@Tareq
  FLEXlm Servers: 1055@Tareq
  
  please how can I solve this problem

  Here is a good guide. You failed on step 6 to "Skip this step".

  Unable to locate prereqNDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe
  
  .Net Framework Installation Error: v4.0.30319
  
  Please help me resolve these error ASAP
