downloading issues

  Yes, I am having issues getting my new space claim software to download and use.

  What exactly is the issue that you are facing, can you please elaborate? Are you not able to download SpaceClaim for ANSYS website?
  
  Here are two links from where you can download the latest as well as older versions of SpaceClaim:
  
  Discovery Downloads - Knowledge Base - Ansys Discovery Forum
  
  Current Release (ansys.com)
  
  Try downloading the SpaceClaim installation folders from there, and let me know if you face any issue.
  
  You can also find installation guide in the first link, and you can get the general installation troubleshooting here: Discovery Family Licensing & Installation and please go through the minimum hardware requirements for SpaceClaim (and other discovery products to work).

    What did not work? Downloading the software or installation? Can you please elaborate it a bit further, I will not be able provide you any solution unless I have good understanding of the issue.
    
    If it is related to download itself, and if you have tried both the links, it could be due to some firewall/antivirus protection, and for which you might have to get in touch with your IT.
    
    Please provide more information about the error you are getting, perhaps a screenshot, etc.
