I need to draw a three cylinder solid body. Basically I want to draw the following geometry without the catalyst bed -

I'm not sure if I understand your question completely. If you are trying to create 3 concentric cylinders, you should be able to use some simple pull, rotate and/or subtract operations.
If you have not already done this, please see the "SpaceClaim" course from our AICs.
