Drawing lines from text file- assign diameters for beam

  Hello,
  
  I have written a text file with Z X Y coordinate for lines, and I have imported it into SpaceClaim, I want to know if I can assign diameters automatically to every line. Also, Can I assign the diameters and the cross section from the text file before import it to SpaceClaim,,
