SubscriberHi everyone,
Does anyone know why it doesn't show the right dimension, when you want to add dimensions to the 3D plan of your object? here, you can see they are different,

Subscribern3D views generally don't have dimensions on them. Isn't the right dimension already showing in one of the other views?nFebruary 23, 2021 at 3:52 pmomidrastkhiz
Subscriberyes, it shows in another one, although I needed it for my PowerPoint presentation, then, I found out I can change it manually, Thank you so much.nnAbout the stator segment, as you know I used 4 springs in the corners (e.g Z direction), to resemble a free-free Boundary Condition(B.C), do you think If I remove springs and also don't set any other B.C, it also gives me the same result, because it kinds of look like free-free B.C. ( I also want to say, I am sorry that I tagged you many times before, I thought you are an ANSYS employee, and now I saw the member sign next to your photo )nnBest Regards,nOmid.nnFebruary 23, 2021 at 11:01 pmpeteroznewman
SubscribernYes, I expect if you remove all springs and BCs the Free-Free will be similar to what you already have.nFebruary 24, 2021 at 10:31 amomidrastkhiz
SubscriberThank you nPlease let me know if you have any links (Youtube, or documents) about calling ANSYS-workbench from MATLAB, and again sending back the ANSYS results to MATLAB. Thank you. It is a really complex task.nFebruary 24, 2021 at 11:58 ampeteroznewman
SubscribernI have never called ANSYS from MATLAB.nHere are all the posts that include the word MATLAB.nhttps://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Aforum.ansys.com+MATLAB&oq=site%3Aforum.ansys.com+MATLAB&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.2916j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8nViewing 5 reply threads- You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
