SubscriberI am trying to calculate eddy current loss on the permanent magnets of an electric machine. I ran a 2-D transient analysis and set eddy current effect on magnet. However, there is no eddy current loss on magnets in the result. Is there anyone who has experience with this problem? Thanks.

SubscriberI generally assign a current excitation with a current of 0 A to each magnet to model the eddy effects in magnets, as this has worked better for me in the past than enabling eddy effects in the magnets.
