SubscriberOpen the geometry in SpaceClaim. On the Workbench tab, click the Share button. You should see all the edges that touch, highlighted to show they will be shared. After you click the green check mark, edges will be color coded for how many surfaces are sharing each edge.
Open the model in Mechanical. Most of the bonded contact is no longer needed so delete that. There may be only a few areas that need bonded contact or a Fixed Joint.

SubscriberThanks for the response. Is there a similar function available through Design Modeler?

SubscriberIn DesignModeler, in the Outline, select all the surface bodies, right click and select Form New Part. That creates Shared Topology.

SubscriberSo these two parts in questions are different thicknesses. Would that be a problem if I Form New Part?

SubscriberNo, each body can have its own thickness.

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
