  Does Ansys tools have a ERL calculator or maybe planning to have one? It looks like the IEEE is going that way to specify newer high speed COM values.

  Yes we do in HFSS Circuit. The details are in our online Release 2022.2 Documentation. It is a beta feature in R2022.2 as a user defined solution and targeted for full release in R2023.
