What's the elasticity equation used in structural mechanical? Linear or nonlinear? For example, deformation for silicon rubber.

I recommend you take the Cornell University course shown at the top of this page.
There are 3 equilibrium equations that have 6 unknowns.
Then the material model is introduced. A linear material model is Hooke's Law for isotropic linear elastic materials.
Then there is the Strain-Displacement relations.
The equations can be simplified using some assumptions, such as small displacements.
The equations can be made more complicated by substituting a nonlinear material model, such as hyperelastic materials.
