  Hi RudraishwaryanAre you running a two-way coupling?nDid you have the set object temperature and enable feedback on for HFSS? If not, please turn them on. Please refer to one of the open examples that comes with the software.nAlso, you need to have a thermal modifier for the material. nIf you did have them on, then could clear linked data in Icepak and try running the problem in Icepak again. nSatyajeetn
