  1- What is the perfect dimentions size of enclosure for wing ?
  2- What is the difference between an enclosure with zero size from z axis and with *c ?

  There aren't any perfect dimensions. As I mentioned in the other thread, read up on CFD and wind tunnel domain recommendations. They're usually a function of object size, and then shape or blockage factor.
  With 2d you lose any 3d effects, but with a wing will that matter? Note, LES is 3d only!
