EnSight on ARM architecture

  Hi Win,
  
  Could you get me an idea whether EnSight (or any other Ansys products) would also be run on ARM architecture or not?

  I have heard back
  
  "I dont think anything we have will run on RISC
  
  I see a version Win10 for ARM

  ' The earlier document explained that 64-bit apps will not work on Windows 10 on Arm. Only 32-bit x86 desktop apps work'
  
  not sure how accurate that is but, would indicate our apps (x64) would not be compatible"
  
  I forgot if you are using Win10 but if you do, chances are that it won't work.

  Thanks for your checking in with this. The ARM server that we have has Ubuntu 16.04 server (x64) and I was quite surprised when I got an error message with EnSight eventually realizing the compatibility issue. Thanks again!
