if this error occurs at the very first time step, it would suggest that there is something wrong with your setup.
Can you tell us more about your model? Also, how is your mesh quality?

SubscriberI think it because the setup issue, my model is a large 3d model with around 13 m cell and it has minimun orthogonal 0.03 and aspect ratio around 90. But i couldn't tell whats wrong with the setip -

SubscriberBest practice recommends minimum orthogonal quality of 0.1, so I would suggest reviewing your mesh first.
