Error doing Loop and Meshing

I am doing composite beam model with shear connectors by using Combin39 spring element. I found that my error is about meshing the model and selecting nodes for the Looping. I can't get the solution because of this problem.
I use Ansys APDL. I attached my commands (word file) for the ansys. Please let me know about why the error occured and how to fix it? -
