Error Downloading Example

  I tried to download the solenoid example from this forum. I saved the .zip file to my computer and then extracted the files to get a .wbpz file. I opened ANSYS AIM 2019 R2 and selected open file. When I tried to open the .wbpz file, I was given an error - AnsysFWW - "ACIS libraries couldn't be found in: ". When I selected OK, the following resulted (I attached the script). How do I fix this?
  
  After the first error message, the following popped up: "Could not start modeler. Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: path1."
