I'm unable to get the free 30-day trial. When opening the installed app the following error message warning appears (see image below)   How can I solve this problem? All the best,

Hello catiap I checked your account and couldn't find the 30-day trial named user (subscription) license. So you will first have to click the 30-day trial link that is available on the forum homepage. Then follow the next steps. Next, the error message that you are getting is related to floating license and not named user (subscription) license. You can ignore this error message but you will have to switch the license option. Go to Windows Start menu and launch "Discovery Licensing Mode Manager 2020 R2". Select Subscription as the license option and close it. This will set the license option as named user (subscription) license for which the 30-day trial license is available. Once, you have clicked the trial license link and switched the license type, launch any of Discovery products. It will ask you for your discovery login after which the 30-day license will get activated. In case the application doesn't start after entering discovery login details, follow the steps mentioned in below article. Discovery - Unable to start SpaceClaim or Discovery after login
