Hello, nFirst, make sure there are no geometry errors. In SC, right click on the component and check geometry. If no errors, try saving the geometry as tgf and then load the tgf file in Fluent meshing. Let me know if this works. n

Hello, Thanks for your reply, When I check geometry in space claim there are no geometry errors.nHowever when I try saving the file as a .tgf, I get thisnFacets in Group Fluid_Interface are already contained in Group Fluid_Outlet. Make sure that any facet or edge is not contained in more than one group.nI believe some facets are common. However, I tried multiple times to select the facets carefully so that they are not in two different named selections.nAs i am dealing with huge STLs, it is hard to select individual facets.nIs there a way to make sure that facets in one named selection are not selected while choosing facets for another (or perhaps looking at intersecting facets in the named selections and resolving them.)nnAs a background, i select the faces from an STL imported into fluent and adjust the sensitivity on selected faces to adjust the number of selected facets (triangles here) to create a named selection for inlets, outlets, etc.n
