Error in downloading Student Products 19.0

      I am facing problem in downloading ANSYS AIM STUDENT and ANSYS STUDENT.


       


      Once I clicked 'Agree & Download', it shows as below:


       


      "An error occurred while processing your request.

      Could you help to solve this issue, please?

      Successfully downloaded ANSYS AIM STUDENT.

      I get the following error when trying to download the lastest version of ANSYS student. I tried several browers. 


      An error occurred while processing your request.

      Have you tried the last suggestion from the link that Vishal Ganore posted ?


      "The error can be avoided by changing from https to http in the address line of the product download page.  When the error arises just delete the "s" from the "https" in the address line and hit enter"


      If that doesn't help, you may be experiencing the issue as described by our IT below.



      "The download problem is due to the security that we put in place to block access from specific IP's when too many requests are made. The configuration is set to allow only a set number of requests in a set amount of time. This is to protect against potential attacks."


      You might be able to circumvent this if you can try connecting your machine to a different internet/network.

      i am having a licence related problem. every time i open workbench i get a error message saying 'could not connect to licence server'
