Error in installation of ansys student version

  I am getting this error while installing the free version of ansys, Also there is no log file generated as discribed in the popup
  And only some tools are visible, other tools although i have ticked but are not opening

  Please make sure you have read and write access to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp\.ansys folder.
  Open Command prompt as administartor and run the below commands:
  setx ANSYSCL_BIND_TO_LOOPBACK 1 /M
  setx ANSYSCL_TIMEOUT_RESPONSE 300 /M
  
  From the Start menu, type %appdata% in the search field and press enter. That opens a window. Rename Ansys folder to Ansys_old. Now try launching Workbench to see if you receive any error.

  Please also try setting this environment variable: ANSYSCL_BIND_TO_LOOPBACK=1
