We use Fluent 17.2 in our University.
I have a udf file that interpret works fine in university's windows cluster in parallel mode.
but in Linux(CentOS 7) base it shows error like this:
error at node 004: error: udf compiler: unable to open udfconfig-node.... for write.
error at node 123: error: udf compiler: unable to open udfconfig-node.... for write.
error at node 056: error: udf compiler: unable to open udfconfig-node.... for write.
What is the problem?
all my files are in a shared working directory with read/write/execute permission to all.
In Serial mode it works properly!

1/Centos was not supported for R17.2: So do not expect that it has to work or tht someone might help you there.
2/I would first try to copy only the case and the UDF file and try to interpret (not other files) to check if it is a configuration issue
3/Why not compling on Linux?
