SubscriberHi
When starting spaceclaim from this error.
Already performed all the procedures (access to all firewall ports - ping ok - run as administrator)I tried to uninstall all previous verisons and restart the system, disable the firewall: none of this seems to have any effect.
The same behavior is found on two PCs with similar hardware and the same OS (Windows 7 x64).How can I solve?

SubscriberAfter the following error I tried to deactivate the license , even so it always releases the error.
After I gave all access to the firewall, the anti-virus check is disabled to the anys folder but it still does not work.
I have tested the ping and it does not show any data loss
How can I solve the problem?

SubscriberI tried to connect to a portable PC connected to the corporate wireless network "GUEST" (it is a weakened network but with different configuration, and that is not passing through a proxy).
In this way, license activation is fine on the first attempt. It is also activated on the online ANSYS account.
The laptop has the same antivirus installed then and to be definitively excluded that it is the cause.
At this point it is necessary to understand which procedures should be performed or which ports must be opened on the proxy to allow even the workstations connected to the fixed domain network to activate the product. -

SubscriberHi Subashni
In the end, the client deactivated all the proxy servers in the devices where he installed spacecliam to solve the problem.
Thank you for the help you gave me
