Error – licensing

      Hello, our customer has issue with licensing.

      If he uses licensing (for example refresh all entitlement) via Command prompt, CMD gets back error bellow (when I used standard login, I saw only FNE error). Ping is OK, a tried to unblock firewall....

       

      Could you help me with the error?

       

      I tried to find the error on the forum, but without success. I found similar error with the certificate (https://discoveryforum.ansys.com/t/h4gzdg/fne-activation-failed-peer-certificate-cannot-be-authenticated-with-given-ca-certificates), but this error is about proxy name.

      Hello Lukas

      Looking at the error message about proxy name, it appears that the user has proxy server in place. Can you make changes in the proxy server settings as listed in section 5A and 5B of below mentioned troubleshooting document?

       Discovery License Activation Troubleshooting

      If the issue persists, please send all the files as listed in section 6 of the above mentioned document.

        Hi Naresh Patre 

        everything is OK, now. We used the way - reinstall the windows from WIN7 to WIN10.
