Error loading models

      Hi,

       

      I’m having issues importing models. I have not used the software for a month or so and now when I try to bring in a model I get this error message with every file I try to bring in.

      Do you have any ideas of what I need to do to fix this.

      In most cases, this can be resolved by updating your graphics drivers directly from the manufacturer's webpage, for example : http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

      You might also want to clear your user settings from File > SpaceClaim Options > Advanced > Reset All User Settings.

      Sometimes, especially with laptops, Windows might assign a low-performance graphics setting to SpaceClaim. This problem can be corrected from the graphics card "control panel" (Right-click on your main desktop background), or by installing drivers to make the PC recognize your graphics hardware.


      If you still run into a graphics crash, please send me the most recent SpaceClaim logfile from the crash session.

      The SpaceClaim log files can be found in C:UsersAppDataRoamingSpaceClaimLog Files.
      (Sometimes the AppData folder is hidden. To find it, type %appdata% into the file path and press enter)
