Error Massage : Capability Faceted Data Toolkit

      My Customer has a problem as shown in attached picture. When SpaceClaim started, The error massage is displayed. I tried two things to fix this problems like below. 1. deleting the elements in the directory   "C:UsersAppDataLocalSpaceClaim" 2. Inactive 'STL Pre' in SpaceClaim Option. (this check box has already turned off) However, the above attempt cannot change anything. They have Discovery Ultimate License to use The Discovery AIM Legacy. (2020 R1) There are no problems when AIM is start. Only for SpaceClaim. Could you please help us to avoid getting this error massage when starting the SpaceClaim ? Thanks Best Regards,

      Could you please let me know if you are using the latest version of the license manager?

      The Latest version of the license manager is 2020 R1.

      Can you please confirm that you have unzipped all the files before performing the installation?

      If not, can you please try and re-install after unzipping all the installation files?

      Please check if there is any junk files in your system
