Error message : “process solver2d error: Internal Solver Error: ‘Error! ‘”

      Good morning everybody,

I try to use Ansys Electronics and Maxwell2D to study induction machines. I use a Python scipt and the "pyaedt" library to create a machine (stator/rotor/coils/bars and air gap), supply it, apply boundary condition, mesh the model and solve it.
However, when I analyse it, I got the errors messages "Time step at 0 sec completed, process solver2d error: Internal Solver Error: 'Error!'." and "Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.".
I got one point on my results graphs (at time 0).
I ran other Ansys Electronic models (created by hand) and everything works fine.
The problem seems to be in the attached model.

Do you have any advices or suggestions ?

      Thank you

Hi, we need more information about your model. Can you try to validate the simulation before analyze? Can you turn off the fast reach steady state and see if the warning message get resolved?

When I validate the model, everything look good. I have no warning in the “Message manager”. The “Fast reach” was already turned off. I contacted the support, like the error messsage told me to do, I wait for an answer. If you need more informations about the model, feel free to contact me.
