Subscriber🛈 This post originally contained file attachments which have been removed in compliance with the updated Ansys Learning Forum Terms & ConditionsMy colleague created a simple internal fluid flow analysis of a 2" Sch 40 pipe that is 10 feet long to study pressure drop along the length of the pipe so that it can be compared to empirical data. The analysis worked fine on my computer. He opened a step file and selected the inlet and outlet faces. However, the model did not appear to start solving and then the attached error popped up ("Live has encountered a problem. Try saving the model and re-opening Live to restore graphics. If problem persists, contact Live support for assistance.") He was not able to save the model. Please help.

That error indicates a graphics crash. I would start by ensuring the graphics drivers are up to date. Check for the latest available directly at nvidia.com. The Windows driver check is not reliable.
