[ERROR] New Design Model cannot open

Hello,
I'm using ANSYS 2020R. I'm suddenly facing an error that Geometry and Mesh cannot open. When I tried to open geometry an error message like this occured. Additionally all the data are deleted. Would you tell me how to fixed it?
