error on modal analysis of a beam

  Hi guys,
  
  i have a quite simple model with is juste a beam. i have done two models the one i have done a 3D model with 200mm of lengh and 10*10mm² section and the other one i have done it with a beam. for the two modele i do modal analysis.
  
  My probleme is that i can't have the exact frequencies comparing to the analytic solution. for example i have an error of 5% on the third mode.
  
  my goal was just to verify that ansys workbench 19.2 will give a very good solution but i am in doubt now.
  
  Can anyone undertsand why i am having this please.

  actually all the frequencies are corrects except the bending frequencies
