Error one file of my Ansys folder

  Hello,
  
  I tried installing Ansys and a few problems occurred following my installation. Firstly, after the software installed, a red message in the Ansys installation completion screen appears and says that some of the files were downloaded with errors. The second thing that I noticed is that, inside the Ansys folder in my C drive, there are five contents: Shared files, v195, install.err, install, and install_licconfig. Lastly, when I open workbench an error pops up and says "Unhandled exception caught." To me, it seems like the problem is stemming from the error file, but I am not sure what went wrong during the installation process. Maybe it was the lack of host name specification before the software installed (it never prompted me with the option to put one in). Any tips or insight would be greatly appreciated.

  Somehow the executable was missing during the extraction in the install.
  
  What is the name of the installation package that you are using ?
  
  Did you run the setup.exe with 'run as admin' ?
  
  Can you try temporarily turning off all Anti-virus software during the install ?
  
  Note: For each reinstall attempt, make sure you completely delete the ANSYS Inc folder before installing the new one.
